Either that - or they are really good at driving to be so close without hitting the brakes (ie no brake lights are on in the photo)
With only four fingers they can be pretty nimble behind the wheel.

Hmm.. Mine does that as well but I thought that was a result of the latest jailbreak... Could be wrong... Anyone?
I had the same problem exactly after the latest jailbreak.

This entire thread breaks the NDA developers agree to when paying their membership. It's pathetic that some developers would do this just so they can feel cool by leaking the info. If you want access to the seeds or up-to-date info then pay the $500 (minimum) like the honest developers have to
From Apples agreement:
"Pre-release software is Apple Confidential information. Unauthorized distribution of pre-release software or disclosure of information relating to pre-release software (including the distribution of screen shots) may result in immediate termination of your ADC membership, and may subject you to both civil and criminal liability."

This is going to be a very tense weekend.
Listening the BBC Radio 4 Longwave via RealPlayer on my PowerBook.
Listening on Internet, BBC 5 Live. A tense weekend indeed

I think it's difficult to come to any type of conclusion without seeing how customizable the workflow is. For all we know, there is still the option to edit "traditionally." I viewed this more as a demo of what new stuff they are bringing to the table. Of course everyone sees automated processes and scream "iMoviePro" without considering that they're merely an optional way to work...I love how you can isolate your tracks with Compound Clips :) When Randy was showing this off, he would switch back and forth from multi-tracks down to the collapsed version.
Now more nesting sequences :)
Now Im hoping everyone adopts this (Adobe and Avid).
Gone are the days of the multi layer/track cluttered timelines :)

I'd have been sold on the 11" if it didn't have nearly 4" worth of bezel. I currently have a 13" MBA and I really hope the next true redesign addresses the bezel issue. I'd love to have a 13" screen on a MBA that has the footprint of the 11" That's really the only thing that will get me to upgrade my MBA. Sandy Bridge refresh is nice, but not reason enough for me to upgrade.
The bezel is what kept the weight and cost low and the battery life decent, while still allowing a full size keyboard with 2 USB connectors next to it. That's a trade-off I like.
A smaller bezel would have meant a thicker heavier or more fragile display, and more power suction from a bigger backlight, or a goofy-sized shrunken keyboard. No.

...What bugs me is that I am now at Oxford, which by the way is number two or three in the world, that Macs are under represented. In fact there is no store, virtual or otherwise in the whole of Oxford!!!!!...Unfortunately there is no Apple Store, though there are three Starbucks. But if you need help (or to know you are not the only macuser in Oxford) there is a pretty good, hole-in-the-wall Apple education dealer/reseller in Headington. Address: 19 Old High Street. Absolute Computers is just off the high street (London Road) towards old Headington: go back beside Summerfields supermarket and it is above the audio shop - staircase is in the rear by the dumpsters in the Summerfield car park. Proprietor's name is Mike. They set our charity up with our first video editing system in 1998. There is also an Oxford MacUser group that meets once in awhile. They have a Yahoo Group, oxmacug@yahoogroups.com.

Just be sure to invest in anti-static screen roller. Once you've taken the glass off, it's almost impossible to get it back on without being left with a speck of dust trapped between the LCD and glass. 27 inch is twice as frustrating
Good point.

AppleTV has a great user interface. It is simple and easy to navigate.
Some of these software designers need the equivalent of an editor to reign them in. There are some really bad user interfaces on some of these devices. I think the bad designers need a perspective of someone not as familiar with the system as they are.

That's awfully friendly. In the bay area (USA) we do nothing of the sort.
Yeah, it's not part of learning to drive per se (not until you get into Advanced Driving tests), but any decent driving instructor should at least mention it to his / her pupil.
Right! Back on topic. So, white iPhone 4...;)

I suppose I'm being too cynical, but part of me suspects that AT&T has only created this app to reduce the amount of time their reps spend listing to complaints about dropped calls. I know I've spent a lot of time on the phone with them over the last year. While they're always very cordial and say things like they are "sending out crews to look at towers", etc, nothing changes. In fact, where I live (about an hour south of NYC) things have gotten far worse - not better.
Hmm. I Live an hour south of NYC too, and my service couldn't be better. It has only gotten progressively better over the last two years.
So what's wrong with you? Or your iPhone?

As much as I'd like a new macbook or iMac with a 750gb hard disk, I think I'm going to stick with what I've got until 802.11n and HD/Blueray burners are standardised on the mac.
I'd personally like to see a smaller macbook revision, for ultra traveling, possibly with extra securty for the traveler....

At the end of the day... the iPhone is ONE model of 4 revisions .... So basically Apple has ONE phone and its mobile platform is only on that ONE phone.
So these results are VERY impressive for the iPhone

Can i just mention something??
I'm a musician and am very well acquainted with notation software such as sibelius 4 and Finale. What on earth would be the point in having a piano keyboard interface?? The range can't really be more than an octave, which is rather useless when writing... And even then, just to use it as an imput method would be so much slower then just typing the names of notes. Now one can press the letter 'a' and an A (the note) will be displayed. When using such software, it's not the note imput that takes the time, it's the changing of note values, and adding instructions and markings to the score. for this, the piano keyboard would be useless. What, so every time you want to write a new italian tempo marking, you have to switch to a keyboard?? sucks.
Oh, and some people may say that it could midi record and notate what you play... but this rarely works well and even then you're stuck with the range of probs just over an octave.
Thoughts welcome.
USB piano tie?

Conde Nast is clueless. Trying to rip people off of course results in low sales. Apple customers are not stupid.
For companies who understand Apple customers, iPad magazines are working out great:
http://obamapacman.com/2011/04/ipad-subscription-doomed-rupert-murdochs-publications-beat-angry-birds/
I have Zinio and subscribe to multiple magazines on it. It works fine. I don't want a separate app for every magazine that I read. I don't want different controls, different features, different layout, etc. I don't want every magazine "enhanced" with video features in some brave new experiment that I'm funding. I want a PDF of the magazine delivered to me to read. That's what Zinio does (it's an encrypted equivalent to PDF). I want to go to one "virtual" bookshelf and pick the magazine I want to read. That's it.
Conde Nast is having to "slow down" because they've created a damned expensive delivery system instead of using a preexisting thing like Zinio, iBooks, B&N Reader, Kindle, etc. Imagine if every ebook series had its own app!
Exactly. Conde Nast might want to hire some people who understand economics 101, Supply and Demand.
